As Mayor, I’ve been so honored to not only meet all of our local Webelos, but also to help them earn 2 requirements for their “Building a Better World Achievement” towards their “Arrow of Light” badge, which is the highest honor for the Cub Scouts. The first requirement was Meeting a Government Leader, which we did back in February. We met in Council Chambers and talked
