This week we will monitor all weather alerts during preparation of our celebration scheduled for Saturday, July 11th. Should there be a need to adjust plans due to weather, a posting will be made on our township Facebook and Website. Additional communications will be made via email to all registered parade participants and vendors. This is the most efficient way to streamline communication to our community.

We encourage all parade participants and spectators to hydrate, wear comfortable, seasonal & patriotic clothing, as well as appropriate footwear if taking part in the events of the day.

In the event of rain, we will determine the status of the flag raising ceremony/parade, if weather will have a negative effect on evening activities and if it will be necessary to shift our evening activities schedule to take place on Sunday, July 12th with as much notice as possible.
