Notice to all residents of Florence Township that the town wide twice per week trash collection shall resume on April 6th in our community.

Please place trash curbside on the evening prior or morning of your designated collection dates. We ask our residents to be mindful of recyclables that may be submitted for Bulk Recycling Pick up on Wednesday or be brought to the Florence Township Recycling Center for drop off during normal business hours.

If you are unsure of what days are twice per week in your area, please contact the Florence Township Clerk’s Office between 9am and 4:30pm at (609)-499-2525.

Alley Collection. Understanding that the alleys in our community have limited space, we ask residents to place trash in areas so to not interfere with the ability for collection vehicles to travel freely through the alleys. As a means to prevent debris from blowing into the alleys or to discourage damage from animals, please secure lids and make attempts to locate all trash into cans versus leaving loose bags in the alleys.
