We need you!

Florence Township is looking for 6 members of the community to participate as members of the newly launched Economic Development Committee.  The committee will be focused on creative ideas for promoting existing Florence Township businesses, identifying available vacant space for new small businesses, helping small businesses identify funding opportunities, as well as working to promote and expand our town’s identity as a certified NJ Film Ready community.  If you want to be part of this new launch and feel your background is a good fit, we want to hear from you!  Please fill out the Citizen Leadership Form on our website at https://www.florence-nj.gov/wp-content/uploads/2024/10/CITIZEN-LEADERSHIP-FORM-1.pdf

Please include your background, your experience,  and why you want to be part of the team.  You can attach a resume as well, if it makes it easier.  The committee meets at the Municipal Building on the first Tuesday of every month at 7pm.  The first meeting will be on May 5th, so please submit your form as soon as possible.
