You have probably noticed the land clearing that is taking place along Cedar Lane in the area of the Florence Township Water Tower. This work is part of the Liberty Property Trust Development project. Liberty will be constructing a campus at the site where prior approvals dating back to 1985 involved the construction of 13 lots for warehouse/distribution and office purposes, but the developer at the time never followed through with the project beyond the building that Creme-O-Land Dairy now occupies.
The Liberty Property Trust Plan calls them to construct one building that will be approximately 613,000 square feet and it will be the main structure on the site.
The approved Liberty site plan also shows that a second building of approximately 136,080 square feet may be constructed on the property in the future.
The rendering below is representative of the building design planned for the site.
For more information about this project, and some of the others planned in the community, please check the township homepage at: WWW.FLORENCE-NJ.GOV.
The homepage will be updated as new information becomes available, so don’t forget to register for our periodic e-mails which will keep you informed when changes are made on the website.
